How can i create VariantValueCategory using hot folder

hi i am trying to create VariantValueCategory using hot folder but hybris oob expecting sequenceNo in VariantValueCategory as mandatory.

For my requirement we receive csv from source system and we are using hybris oob hot folder mechanisim to create VariantValueCategory only we are facing issue hybris OOB expects sequenceNo in variantValueCategory

how can we over come or over ride that behaviour
