How can we achieve employee login in storefront ( b2caccelerator) ?

I have requirement where we are going to have panels as a part of storefront which can be accessed by employees with different role ? What are the steps and configurations need to be done to achieve this b2caccelerator ?

To be more specific what spring security configurations tweaks need to done which will ensure that it will not impact OOTB spring security config and default customer login in storefront ?
