Extend b2baccelratoraddon from within another addon

Dear Experts

I would like to extend b2baccelratoraddon functionality (ex: customize jsp page) from within another custom addon (thus avoiding duplicating code or manual modification).

Could you please let me know of strategies to achieve that ?
