Y2ysync --unable to connect from Hybris to Datahub server.

Hi All, I am doing setup for y2y sync from Hybris to Datahub. Currently i am using datahub and hybris 6.3.0Version. My requirement is replicate cart model from hyhbris to marketing through datahub. I have added the extensions which is specified in wiki for data replication from sap. and added the y2ysync.datahub.url=http://hostservername:8080/datahub-webapp/v1/y2ysync/v60 in local.properties files in hybris. and added the y-markerting related jars in datahub as specified in wiki.

Now run the cron job for "ymktCartsToDatahubJob" its try to send the data to DATAHUB,in but in datahub not accept the request coming from hybris.Actually its working in local system but its not working in development server. I am getting error message like, connection refuse. The same deveploment datahub server working for order outbound and in bound from hybris but y2ysync not working.

Is it required to set any username and pwd in datahub for y2ysync? Please help me. Please find the log files. link text link text

First, have you considered the following extensions for your requirement ? : SAP Hybris Commerce to SAP Hybris Marketing Integration via the Expressway

Yes, all data sent from ECP to Data Hub are in fact an http callback (ChunkProcessingTask) where the Data Hub is reading media file from ECP via http requests.

    • We are facing the same issue where the connectivity is working on local system but the same error is occurring on the development server. We have checked on the URL, username and password and also the specific jar that are being used. All the cases work fine on local it's just the dev server where this issue is arising. The error log is the same which are attached here.
