You can write a custom job or script (benshell/groovy) which writes the contents to flat file to a specific path. The same path (like FTP mapped paths) can be shared between hybris and SAP PI and SAP PI then can read the file from that path.
There are other options as well like using rsync to copy file from hybris server to SAP PI server, etc.
