I created new ,every time hitting cybersource(SOP) service it is response getting DECLINED.
Account ID: XXXXXXX Merchant ID: XXXXX https://ebctest.cybersource.com
ERROR:
Secure Acceptance receipt page, decision is: DECLINE for order : e25cefa3-b430-48ce-8733-9cf45a9b471f
Failed to place Order, please check order data and payment transaction
Most likely it could be a misconfiguration of payment processor. Go to Cybersource test business center, search for transactions and look for "Reason Code" and "Reply Message" for DECLINED transaction. This will give better idea about the nature of the error.
