for cancelling an order from the Customer Service Cockpit, the Datahub is sending an IDoc with message type ORDCHG to our ERP. But it cannot read the IDoc because it says the inbound configuration is missing for message type ORDCHG. But there is no documentation in help.hybris.com about setting up such an inbound configuration.
Is it really needed? Did anyone of you sent an order cancel request from Customer Service Cockpit to a SAP ERP sucessfully?
p.S. I have 6.3.0 installed.
