Best way to map SAP WEB_STORE to Base Store?

I setup my environment for OAA by adding retail package extensions and relevant hybris extensions (I'm using hybris 6.2 and retail package 2.2). I'm sending oaa_site idoc to hybris via datahub. Idoc contains four digits code as SAP <WEB_STORE>. Since we have different codes (apprel-uk, apprel-de) for hybris basestore idoc processing is failed from hybris side. I want to know what is the best way to solve this

Hi,

just for clarification, the WEB_STORE IDOC part is not 4 digit, it is type CHAR40, so it can have up to 40 characters. You can fill it by executing the report OAA_IDOC_SITE_REPLICATION in the SE38 in your SAP ERP Backend.

The 4 digits you are refering to are regarding the Site ID which is type WERKS_D in the backend. Hope that helps.

Hi Mihan,

can you provide some more details about the error occurring on the hybris datahub side (e.g. extract of the stack trace)? Have you deployed the corresponding OAA datahub extensions on the datahub too (e.g. "sapoaasite-.jar*")? Have you checked out the documentation available in the SAP Help portal?

How did you send the IDoc to the datahub, with report "OAA_IDOC_SITE_REPLICATION"?
