how to assign an employee to the consignment

Hi, I am working on 6.4 version, in which i have to assign an employee to a particular consignment.I am unable to add through backoffice. Should I assign an employee to the consignments created or automatically asigned?

I'm no sure what you mean by assigning to the consignment. Do you want to set employee membership in particular group?

In 6.4, each consignment is linked to a workflow and this workflow contains tasks. Each task can be assign to an employee using the property principalAssigned.

where property principalAssigned?? Do we need to assign the tasks to employees.Or automatically tasks will be assigned. I read in the following document stating employee with the lower workload will be selected and assigned https://help.hybris.com/6.4.0/hcd/f561896b67f9474b89857d23460e39e1.html

Yes, tasks are automatically assign to the warehouse employee with the lowest workload using this principalAssigned property from WorkflowActionModel.
