Customer support agent access rights

Hello Experts,

I am doing a customer support customization. Created new back office extension based on ybackoffice.

I created a new employee who is member of 'CustomerSupportAgentGroup'. Using this to login to backoffice. We have attribute 'uid' under 'Customer' type. And this attribute is by default editable irrespective of roles. How can i make this attribute NOT-EDITABLE and read only for the 'CustomerSupportAgentGroup'?

Any immediate help needed.
