I wanted to create new catalog in product cockpit say 'MystoreCatalog' and synchronize the products of Mystore from MystoreCatalog. Regards,

You cannot create catalogs and catalog versions in the Product cockpit. See https://help.hybris.com/6.3.0/hcd/8b74f81586691014a872c1187d576c8e.html.
You need to do that in the hMC or BackOffice, depending on which version of hybris Commerce you are running.
