Hello All,

My installation hangs at this point. I found some information about this on sap notes but the note that is supposed to solve the problem says it has not been released yet.Can anyone help me with it?

SQL Server 2005: ABAP report MSSSPEXE hangs

SAPinst hangs during the execution of ABAP report MSSSPEXE", which normally takes less than one minute. If it takes more than 5 minutes, probably the installation hangs in phase "Run ABAP Reports". In this case proceed as described in SAP Note 904804.

    YES,I install SLM4,when "RUN ABAP REPORTS",it hung up for 4 hours.

    After reboot the instance in SAPMMC,it is continue.

      At phase 35 of 44 "Start java engine",It stoped for 2 hours also.

      BUT can Login SLM with gui.

      I only want to generate a solution manager key for ECC6 IDES, but install SLM is longer than ECC, 😢(
