My online catalog does not synchronize with the Storefront


Hi Experts,

I´ve created a new product in my catalog, there are two versions, staged and online; the product is correctly assigned to the catalog, is released and synchronized in the Product Cockpit, on the same way. in the hMC appears normally. But when I try to look for the product in the Storefront does not appears. Every know whether I´m missing some step or some idea to resolve this conflict?

  1. The Product was created and approved in the Electronic Product Staged (ELE-S).

  2. The product was synchronize with the Electronic Product Online (ELE-O).

  3. The product is within the Catalog.

  4. The two states of the product, the staged and online, exist in the hMC.

  5. But the product does not synchronize in the Storefront...
