Can any one help me to clean orphaned types from command prompt?

ant clearOrphanedTypes
Clears orphaned types after system update. Syntax: ant clearOrphanedTypes [-DclearInstances=true/false -DclearDeployments=true/false]. Default value for clearInstances is true, default value for clearDeployments is true
