If the question is whether hybris supports MySQL, the answer is 'Yes'. And then there should be no doubt whether it supports Amazon MySQL RDS. In simple words, Amazon MySQL RDS is nothing but MySQL made available to you as a RDS (Relational Database Service) i.e. it's a managed (by Amazon) database. While Amazon RDS manages admin tasks (backups, software patching, monitoring, scaling, replication etc.), you can focus on the application and the business.
As a matter of fact, there are many hybris applications running on AWS with AWS RDS MySQL. You need to check with SAP Hybris for references.

Yes, we do have a SAP Hybris application that is working for us with MySQL, now you have answered that it works with AWS MySQL RDS as well.
Is there a SAP Hybris reference link handy with you which talks about this topic as I could not find one.
