CUSTOMER IDOC from SAP to Hybris not able to publish if idoc send is more than 100

Hi

I am facing some issue when i am sending customer data from sap to hybris through dataHub, if i send more than 100 idoc to hybris using datahub it hangs and no error message is shown. if i restart datahub den it automatically starts executing some remaining data and hangs again.If i send again same set of idoc from sap to hybris the publication done differs(sometimes 80, sometimes 28, sometimes 53 are published). i have checked in hybris log also no error is shown. Is there any limit for data to be send from sap to hybris? how can we handle this issue. I am using datahub 6.0.

Have to executed a thread dump to know where it hangs ?

Data Hub has been tested with composition/publication of more than 5k IDOCs at once.

how much RAM did you give to Datahub? we faced the same issues on Hybris 6.2.x, giving 8GB seemed like a proper fix.

we gave 8GB RAM to datahub. My system is 16GB.

and did not solve the issue at all, not even after a create-drop?

sometimes it works fine. can you please tell me what configuration you had done on datahub ?. i have changed ize of tomcat i.e. Datahub and also in my local.properties it is create-drop. sometimes Datahub automatically start publishing my old data which got hanged. why this happens?

what is your exact version? we were on hybris 6.2.0.2 and got the issue fixed with 6.3.x. I can't be 100% sure this is completely fixed: as you already stated it's a random issue. At some point it stopped working at all, even sending few idocs. In the past we got around similar issues by sending idocs in batch from SAP.
