why Replacement Order function removed from Customer Support Backoffice? CS Cockpit has that feature


in our Project we need to support the replacement order with return. But from the Customer Support Backoffice that function is removed or not implemented.

some one please explain how to add that feature in Backoffice or when that will be implemented by hybris(SAP)?
