how to change typecode of existing extention?

I am looking for Change typecode of existing extension as it is conflicting with another extension is there any way that I don't need to migrate data of existing table. also how can I find and make sure that same typecode is used by another extension

Hi! I think there is just one option: Manually change the typecode(s) in the items.xml of the extension that you want to add. SAP ensures that there is no conflict within the ootb extension. But there is no process to "reserve" typecode for third party extensions. Hybris is using typecodes between 1000 and ~33000. If you want to assign a typecode, choose one which is above 34000.
