NullPointerException while importing log4j 2 configuration

Hi, I'm trying to configure log4j 2. I did set:
log4j2.config.xml=/pathToFile/hybris-log4j2.xml
in local.properties, and when I try to start server i get: NullPointer

This occurs even with default configuration file provided by Hybris.
