CHRMAS canonicalItemPublicationStatus IGNORED

When pushing CHRMAS Idocs to DataHub, the canonicalItemPublication never occurs and the status is set to IGNORED.

All attributes that are to be created are simply ignored however the target system publication returns as SUCCESS.

Not sure why this is occurring or if there is a configuration setting that has to change. See below
