ReCaptcha not validating Captcha value entered.

Hi Experts, I am facing an issue while using Captcha addon in 5.6 version. The Captcha is not validating the Captcha code entered before logging in the user. I mean advise() ,adviseLogin() methods are not being called from ReCaptchaAspect.java of CaptchaAddon. Any insights would be helpful.
