How to Split the Billing Address and Payment details in the Electronic Store of b2c accelerator?

I wanted to know how to split the Billing address and payment details in the checkout process of electronic store. Actually, I wanted to integrate COD and PayPal in the Payment details. So, trying to split the billing address and payment details. Would be thankful if anyone could help me regarding same.
