Order Creation time based on user time zone

Hi I need urgent help on Order creation time stamp.

We have our servers in GMT and multiple sites are in different time zone. For an example if Order is placed from India then we would like to create Order creation time in IST and same should be shown in the Backoffice.

Request you give some ideas.
