Return Approval Approve Button

Hello,

When I attempt to approve a return in Backoffice Customer Service (v6.2.2) The approve button is not visible. I have tried login credentials for admin, CustomerSupportAgent, and CustomerSupportManager to no avail..

Any one have an idea what the issue may be?
