Why SCC is not included in Sybase 16 developer edition

Hi all,

In previous version of ASE 15.7 developer edition from SAP, SCC was included in the feature installation list. But in the new SAP ASE 16 developer edition, there is no such component to be selected during installatoin process. May I know if this is true ?
