B2B site along with B2C

We have the requirement of having same hybris instance for 2 different kind of websites(one B2B along with B2C). What would be good choice for the architecture - any suggestion please? The design should be such that it could also incorporate further new websites as well. The requirement includes - a) different website and frontend b) products are different in websites c) same code base should be used in clean way without if/else conditions d) same servers should be used in clustered mode e) data hub will be used in future for SAP integration

Design option that we are thinking is to use Use different tenant for each website having different product and content catalogs.

Is this a good option and what difficulties we may face? Any other design option?
