Hi,
my Application Orchestrator isn't accessible via Backoffice anymore. Hitting the F4- key doesn't show any reaction. This behaviour occured already several times within our office.
Some workplaces cured themselves but no one knows how, others ar still defect.
Is there a fix for this? Can the Application Orchestrator be reached without the F4-key?
Currently we go to the HAC, navigate to Platform ► Update and perform the Clear the hMC configuration from the database task.
