Live edit issue in 5.3

We are using 5.3 we are doing live edit on PDP page while click on Quick Edit its redirecting to home page. please give me suggestions.

Yes, it will always redirect you to any content page like home page.

Live edit is just related to content page and you are trying to open pdp ,which is a product page.

Both ,the product page and content pages are totally different models. So live edit only works on content page.

If you want to make any changes on PDP ,please use product cockpit

Or

you create a new component and customise, but cant use live edit for product and category page

product details are always come from product cockpit and content always come form cmscockpit.

Can we combine CMS page and Product page.

We are trying to develop a CMS a Page and want to put product details on that CMS, Is it possible to live edit in this way?

My client requires live edit on Product page.
