Force remove or delete cart via HMC or impex

User unable to login to storefront as same product has added to cart twice as two cart entries instead being one entry updating the quantity. Now I would like to delete the cart. Tried via,

  1. impex - impex job created and running more than 24 hours to delete a cart

  2. hmc - keeps loading and timed

Is there a way to force remove cart/object?

    Another way is you can simply write a groovy script, get the cart using flexibleSearch and then use model service to remove the cart. OR By Using impex you can use the header

    REMOVE Cart[batchmode = true];cartId

    OR

    REMOVE Cart[batchmode = true]; user(uid);

    (Here pass the user uid as impex data)

    Hope its helpful

    You could try with HAC usinf the FlexibleSearch or spriting tools to locate the cartentry records associated to the cnd delete them one by one. You could use flexible query or groovy. Just be very carefull to makje sure you don't delete records not intended. Recreate situation in a local dev environment , and test it before you attempt this in a production server.
