Backoffice search is very slow

Hi Experts,

Backoffice search is very slow even we have no much records in database!

I have catched the following warning in the log :

WARN [hybrisHTTP15] [DefaultWidgetInstanceManager] Another thread is currently running for operation:hmc2list_, ignoring operation request.

What is the meaning of this warning ? And how improve search performance?

Please provide some more information about what you are doing, what version are you on, etc.

Hi!

This warning means that cng has requested a task to be performed while the same one is still being processed. It is usually caused by doing the same thing twice in short period of time (before first execution is finished). It seams that it is possible that you are trying to perform a search before previous one is done.
