recovering a site after initialdata run by mistake?

Dear Experts,

We have accidentally run the initialdata after our regular deployment , by which our latest changes are removed and old data is showing.Basically all the cms data has been corrupted on the online version. What are the options are available to recover the site with the new latest data.Also Solr data has been corrupted. This is something urgent.Any input with this is highly appreciated. Regards, Hena
