How to Clone an existing addon to a custom addon , So that to perform some customization ???

Hi All,

My motive is to create a custom addon which is simply a replica of existing Hybris OOTB addon . I want to perform some customization in the add on and thus don't want to make changes directly into the existing OOTB addon.
