Hi, I'm currently looking for a migration guide (5.7 -> 6.x), but https://help.hybris.com (which I assume is the place to look for) returns an internal server error.
Is this a know issue? Is the any other resource available?
Thanks & Regards,
Hi,
after doing some research and testing it seems to be related to my account, or my login credentials. Other people have no problems logging into help.hybris.com, they can use any browser. In my case, the login only works when using Google Chrome - using other browser engines result in a HTTP 500 by nginx. I think this behaviour is related to my login credentials (some kind of an encoding issue?), as I'm using special characters (german umlauts) in my password. That's the only difference to my colleagues. I'll try to verify this after the next password change.
Thanks & Regards, Marco

Hi Marco, Does this problem persist after refreshing? It may be a cache issue.
