Redirect using category restriction

Hi colleagues,

Lets suppose that we have categories listed under navigation menu. The default behavior is that when specific category link is clicked redirect is made to product listing page for that category.

The question is it possible to apply some category restriction to page so that by clicking the category with specific code redirect is made to that page?
