contentCatalog Synchronization is not working

While doing the Merchandise storefront setup, am unable to see the ContentPage(homepage) in online version.

I have done the below things.

1) WCMS > Site > Staged Version -- homepage exists 2) WCMS > Site > Online Version -- homepage not exists

To resolve the above, i have done the synchronization. 1) HAC > Catalog > CatalogManagementTools > Synchronization > contentCatalog > it is showing the sync job is success but things are not moving from Staged to Online.

Please help me.

check whether you added cmsitem in contentcatalog in source

We have faced the same issue while creating/updating a product details since the product status is not approved.

After Synchronization, Did you approve it?

yes the status is approved only

In case of Products, there is a search restriction to fetch only approved products, but for CMS there is no search restriction currently, but there are page restrictions.

did you try doing sync from cmscockpit?
