is anyone help me to replicate this issue

Hi,

This is due to duplicate media in your DB. Find the duplicate media by doing the following steps

1. Log into HMC

2. Catalog ->CatalogManagementTools -> DuplicateIdentifiers

3. Select DefaultStaged from the search menu

4. You should find the duplicate media

5. Right click on the duplicate items and view actual media.

6. From the list delete one.

7. This should fix the issue.
