How do you create ASM Promotions with Hybris 6.0

I am following this trail:

However I am trying to recreate it in backoffice instead of hmc, since this is not available in hmc. I do not see how to create a restriction on a promo in backoffice at all.

Does anyone know how to make an ASM Promotion work in hybris 6.0?
