i am unable to open Hybris android B2c App

Hi, i am trying to set up Hybris android OOB APP.every time i am getting Yb2c App is stopped and for B2B i am unable to log in into app itself.please suggest what credentials are required for B2BB app. please find the attached screen shot for your reference.connection is getting refused in B2c app.and some times i am getting error like com.android.volley.timeouterror.please suggest me on this.thanks in advance.
