how to integrate hybris to c4c and hybris to ERP and ERP to c4c (all should be in sync) in DEV

Good Day Guys ,

Could you guys please help me in understanding and in setup of the dev system how to integrate hybris to c4c and hybris to ERP and ERP to c4c (all should be in sync) for B2B model

Please tell me the steps to achieve the above .(using recipes or extensions) and let me know what are extensions required to do this.
