If You want to add links to Footer content:
Go to HMC page
Select "WCMS" - > "Components"
Search for "FooterComponent" in Powertools catalog and edit this component
Edit target column in "Properties" - > "CMS Features" -> "Navigation nodes"
Create link in "Properties" -> "Link components" -> "Links"
Set Properties and save changes in "Navigation node" and "FooterComponent"
If You want to add links to navigation menu:
Go to HMC page
Select "WCMS" - > "Content slots"
Search for e.g. "HeaderLinksSlot" in Powertools catalog and edit this slot
Create new link in "Properties" -> "Components" -> "Components"
Set Properties and save changes in "Links" and Component slot
