Hybris 6.0 on premise and c4c

Hello experts , I am trying to integrate Hybris 6.0 with c4c for asm. Is it possible to integrate c4c with hybris on premise . Could you please let me know wht values we have to pass for system instance id /hostname in case of hybris on local system.
