No, it is not possible. You cannot split entire application in two separate applications (storefront and administrative), you can restrict access to specific node for specific purpose. You can configure your load balancer to route storefront traffic to storefront node and admin traffic to admin node(hmc/hac/wcms). In general administrative and backoffice application are for internal users.
