On composition RawDEBMAS item status is getting ignored

We are loading a sample DEBMAS IDOC. RawDEBMAS is getting created. On composition RawDEBMAS item status is "IGNORED"

Please let me know in which conditions RawDEBMAS item status we get as "ignored" ? Is there anyway to DEBUG the classes that we have in sapidocintegration, saperpcustomer jar files?

Yes the IDOC is sample one which we got from the experts site itself. May be this is handcrafted.

The IDOC in attachment contains no customer.
It only has the EDI_DC40 segment which is only IDOC metadata.
Seeing the KTOKD tag inside EDI_DC40 raise the suspicion that this XML was handcrafted instead of generated by an ERP.
