Hybris 6: Unable to replicate B2C Customer

I am trying to replicate a customer from hyris to ERP.

Created the Number Range in SAP ERP (700000-799999), same start value i had given in local.properties. But the resgistering customer is having old customer ID(400000-499999).

And the IDOC is not generating. NO errors in log too.

Please suggest.
