hybris Runtime and Optional Configuration

I want to put xyz.properties in D:\HybrisSetup\hybris\config\optional folder.This file should read by hybris and the entries of this file have to merge with local_tenant_ABC.properties and It should reflect in HAC-Platform-configuration. Please provide approach.
