Activating embeded Data hub in Hybris 6.0

Hello Experts,

What are the steps to activate embedded Data hub(not on external tomcat) in Hybris 6.0 ? In Hybris 6.0 help i can find only point where it asks to add context_sap.xml in local_extentions.xml file. however i cant find this file anywhere. Please suggest. TIA.
