Category Facets

HI All,

We are in the process of displaying the categories as facets after clicking categories on homepage. In OOTB Hybris, all the categories are displayed as facets that fall under the top level category. We have a specific requirement of displaying only the 2nd level categories as facets, if we click on 1st level category. Any pointers as to how to achieve this? Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
