There is onely two beans that use "liveEditCSA.zul" : defaultCatalogPerspective (in cmscockpit-catalog-perspective.xml) and LiveEditPerspective (in cmscockpit-liveedit-perspective.xml). Check if one of theme is overridden in custom extension, if so you have juste to change the value of "customCsaURI" propertie from "liveEditCSA.zul" to "dynamicLiveEditCSA.zul"

Sometimes you might need to approve the SSL certification in a different tab before accessing with SSL. You might get invalid SSL certification warning but can not approve it in the live edit.

I have the same issue and entering live edit via https solved my problem: https://localhost:9002/cmscockpit/index.zul

Possible reason could be that the file liveeditCSA.zul is missing at the location "\bin\ext-content\cmscockpit\web\webroot\cmscockpit" so you can search this file and copied it to following location by having the same directory structure: "config\customize\ext-content\cmscockpit\web\webroot\cmscockpit\liveeditCSA.zul". Hope this will work for you...
