Voucher getting applied for non-applicable products which are added to cart after the applicable products have been removed

Voucher is not revoked from the cnd it has been applied for ineligible products.

I had added few products to cart. A voucher was applied and the voucher was available in cart. Then these products were removed from cnd new products were added. Even though this voucher is not applicable for the new products, it is getting applied and showing discount as 0.

I don't want the voucher to be removed from cart. I just require that the discount shouldnot be calculated if no applicable products are there in cart. How can this be done ?
