Can we control DH publication to hybris with UPDATE vs INSERT_UPDATE in header?

The <updatable> element on the Target Item metadata definition determines whether the item is published to Hybris platform using INSERT or INSERT_UPDATE

currently only INSERT, INSERT_UPDATE and REMOVE are supported by data hub.
